About
My path to this chair wasn't a straight line. I graduated into the 2008 recession and spent years working retail shifts and late nights behind a bar, wondering how my life had drifted off-script. In that uncertainty, I found my calling: a deep curiosity about how we find our way back when we feel lost. I’ve learned that healing isn’t about perfect clinical theories; it’s about peeling back the layers to find what is actually true about ourselves.
I’ve lived this myself—navigating career shifts, marriage, and the chaos of raising three kids. It is an honor to sit with you in the complicated parts of your story. If you’re feeling off-script, I’m here to help you find your voice again.
Clinical Approach
Our sessions will feel like an honest conversation, plenty of space to reflect, but with gentle direction when you’re stuck. I draw from person-centered therapy, ACT, existential philosophy and positive psychology. We’ll look at the patterns in how you think and relate to others, making sense of your experience while challenging what isn't working anymore. My goal is to help you build the trust in yourself to move toward a life that feels sustainable and aligned. I believe real change happens when you feel safe enough to be real and supported enough to try something different.

Outside the Office
Outside of therapy, I’m drawn to anything that helps me slow down, pay attention to, and enjoy life as it is. Often I’m channeling my inner Mary Poppins to plan fun outings for my kids (or dog). In my free time I can be found wandering through a thrift store a little longer than I planned. I’m also a big believer in a good book before bed.
Training & Background
I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Cornerstone University and a Bachelor’s in Social Work from Indiana Wesleyan University. To bridge the gap between clinical healing and forward-moving growth, I did coactive coach training at Lark’s Song. My background also includes time volunteering with local non-profits, where I’ve supported refugees and teen moms through their own significant life transitions. I’m a believer in using every tool available to help you understand your unique "puzzle," including a personal interest in how personality tests (such as the enneagram) can spark self-discovery.
